Isn't it funny how things happen?! Yesterday when I got back from the DMV my mom handed me my S.S. Card. It came in the mail Wednesday and grandma gave it to her today. (Now I have 2 of them) So she asked me what i'm going to do w/two of them now and I said "I'm going to put one up for back up just incase my mother desides to lose it again!" (which she wont cause I poses my S.S. card now!) I knew if anything that it would come down to the wire, I just knew it! But thats how things go for me. It's so strange to open up my wallet and see the I.D. there. Although the chick was so damn stupid man! She had my Birth Certificate and I TOLD her I was already 18 (she asked if I wanted to register to vote) and yet she still put on my I.D. that i'm under 18 until 04-25-85. Fucking DUH! That was in April! I'm 18!!!!! Oh well. LOL, the guy that took my picture actually told me to smile! He didn't tell anyone else to smile but he told me to.(it's a sign, ROFL) So i'm smiling in the photo. Hehe, it pissed Rubens off when I showed him the picture. According to him my picture came out really well. I beg to differ, but don't I always? :-P
Last night Tony called from Canada, I felt so bad. He called(collect) and told me that they are in the black out. I talked to him for a good half hour, I was drilling him about what it was like getting over the boarder and such. He said they didn't even ask them for ID just for their Birth Certificates. I felt bad towards the end of our convo cause I knew it was collect and the phone bill would be enourmous so I told him that I had to go, and I told him bye, I'd see him Sunday and I love him and he said the same back to me and he sounded like he was ready to cry!!!! I think he's home sick! Gosh I hope I don't get home sick!!! The longest I've EVER gone w/out seeing my family was 3 days!(stupid school field trip!) I know i'm 18 and shit but I've still never been away from my family as long as i'm gonna be. I mean i'm not to worried about it, i'll have Liz w/me but still..............
THEN my mom has been making me feel really guilty/nervous. She's afraid of Lizzy and me going to Toronto alone. She said: "I don't like the thought of 2 pretty girls going to a foreign Country alone!" Two Pretty girls!!??? Liz-Yes, Me-no. So I told her "One pretty girl and her friend." lol! But Foreign?! It's not like they don't speak english!! I wasn't worried about this until she brought it up. I mean we don't know where anything is in Toronto, we don't know anyone there at all.
