Toronto was awsome!(I knew it would though, lol) I'm not gonna go into too much detail cause my online time is limited. The Rivoli was so damn cool! Just to walk in front of it and see it gave me a weird feeling! It was so fuckn' cool to wear my KITH shirt and actually have people recognize them! I wanted to check out Cabbage Town: The tour book said it was a must to see the old victorian houses and of course the fact that Dave used to live there. Anyway on the way back we stopped in a Quizno's and the guy serving us recognized the shirts and preceds to tell us that he "ran into Scott on Church St. 2 days ago!" What upset me the most was the fact that we were just on Church St!!!!!! So we missed meeting Scott by 2 days. :-( It's ok though, I am over it.....sorta.
I am now happy to say that I own BOTH of Brucio's CDs and Craig's CD!!!!! We were in HMV? And I was getting all happy cause I actually found Nez CDs and Craig's CD, when Liz decides to check out the Comedy section and shows me both of Bruce's CDs! I absolutly LOVE Toronto and would move there in a heart beat! I'm so glad I went with Liz because nobody else would have enjoyed it as much. Another sucky thing was that Tuesday?! We got all excited because we saw a preview for KITH on the Comedy Network.(the PREVIEW actually showed parts of sketches that CC hardly ever shows) and We got all excited and then it said that KITH was coming back on Weekends at 8pm. We had to leave Sat. morning so we never did get to see KITH uncut on Canadian TV. :-( Although we did get to see SCTV, next best thing, eh?
Ok, the whole time we were in Toronto we kept quoting sketches like crazy right? Well because we didn't get to see one ep. of KITH the whole time we were there I/We were going threw KITH with drawl so as soon as we got home I put in a KITH tape and the freaky thing was that ALL the sketches we were quoting were all on the same damn tape that I put in! Good sign?! I just wish I was older so we could have gone into the Rivoli. Next year though! ;) Maybe i'll blog some more later........
