HOLY FUCKIN GOD, I'M IN HEAVEN RIGHT NOW! I am listening to The Monkees "Headquarters" LP!!!! Thats right, the album Cinnie gave me, I am listening to it right now!!! Ok, lemme explain...for x-mas my grandmas let me pick something that I really wanted. I was looking threw a cataloge a few weeks ago and saw this really awsome, 1940's "radio" or so I thought, I love old looking things, and thought it was so cool. Turned out the thing is a damn Stereo, complete with a CD Player, Tape player and best of all A RECORD PLAYER! So I HAD to have this. It plays 33's, 45s and even 78s!!!!!!! So today my grandmas had me over to there house, and had me open it and make sure it works and what not, and then just told me that they don't want to tease me or anything, so if i'd like I can just take it home.....so of course I did!(duh! lol) But it gets EVEN BETTER, oh yes it does! My mom and Grandma gave me their whole damn record collection. I have a box full of albums PLUS over 10 cookie tins FULL of 45s. So i'm just a bit happy right now! I can't wait to see if my Joanne 45 that Cin gave me plays!
Man this thing is so beautiful! It is made of wood, and has little glass doors that cover the buttons and CD player!!!!!! I feel so stupid to be so happy about a Stereo, but I've NEVER in my life owned one that is MY OWN! OMG!
